FAQ
Questions banks ask
If your question is not here, write to us.
Do we need to install anything?
No. ICCCC runs as a hosted service. Your staff use it in a web browser at your bank's own address.
Can Picar's staff move our customers' money?
No. Liens and replies to I4C need two people from your bank. Picar's staff can stop sending if something goes wrong, but cannot start it or approve anything for you.
Does it work with our core banking system?
Account lookups can be recorded by hand from the start. Whether a direct connection to your core banking system is possible depends on that system; we will tell you plainly.
Is it available in Hindi?
Yes. Every screen your bank's staff use is available in English and Hindi, and each person chooses their own. The platform console that Picar's operators use is English only.
How do we try it?
Book a demo. We show the console with sample data and walk through a report from arrival to reply.
How many people do we need?
A bank has 3 accounts by default, and more on request. Three roles cover the desk: an IT administrator, a fraud desk officer and an Approver. The Approver must be a different person from the officer, because nobody approves their own work.
Who creates our staff accounts?
Picar registers your bank and creates one IT administrator. Your IT administrator then creates your other staff accounts and gives each a role. Every user sets up an authenticator app at first sign-in.
Can we test before anything reaches I4C?
Yes. Practice mode lets your desk work through reports without anything reaching I4C. Replies are switched on only by your bank's own two people.
Is ICCCC made by the I4C?
No. ICCCC is a product of Picar. It connects to the I4C's published interface for banks and is not an I4C product.
