The contact form

When you send the contact form, the details you type (name, bank, email, optional phone and message) are stored encrypted in our database and a copy is emailed to our mailbox. Our server log records your network address, and we keep a one-way hash of it (salted daily) with the request to limit abuse. We keep enquiries for 12 months after the last update to their status, then delete them. To have yours deleted sooner, email contact@icccc.in. The emailed copy sits in our mailbox and is not covered by the automatic 12-month deletion; we delete it there on request too, at the same address. Nothing is sent until you press the send button.

If you email us

If you write to contact@icccc.in, Picar uses your message and address only to reply to you.

Your language choice

If you switch to Hindi, that choice is saved in your own browser so the next page opens in Hindi. Nothing else is stored.

ICCCC is a product of Picar. It connects to the published interface for banks of the I4C (Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre) and is not an I4C product.
